Discreet Packaging
Frisky Business is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing details. The name “Frisky Business” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
Every order leaves our warehouse in plain, anonymous packaging. It might look a little bland compared to some other sites, but it’s utmost discreet.
If the courier company requires, we’ll include a phone number in the mailing label. Otherwise, we’ll leave that field completely blank as an additional precaution.

Standard Domestic Shipping Information
Standard shipping is free for orders $80 and above. In most cases, orders are processed to be shipped on the same day, depending on the time of the day the courier does their daily pick-ups. Under normal circumstances, the delivery will take 2 to 3 working days or as fast as the next working day.

Preorder Items & Shipping Policies
If one of your items is preordered, it will be shipped separately at a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or preorder items by same-day delivery. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose a same-day delivery option and none of the items in your order were shipped via that method, then we will refund you the difference.
